Frank Mauro, Jr. is a native Stocktonian. He graduated from Lincoln High School and Delta College. He then attended California Polytechnic University at Pomona and graduated from California State College, Stanislaus in 1968. He is a proactive community and business leader who is respected by friends, associates, and even his competitors. Frank has served on the Board of Directors of the Stockton YMCA and has been a member of the Executive Club of Stockton for many years.
